Return Policy & Maintenance Services

 To avoid any confusion, please read the below Return Policy: 

- Please note that HRH does not refund or resize rings or other pieces of jewelry, so we advise that you are sure of your sizes before placing your orders.

-Customers are entitled to exchanges or maintenance services if there are any quality concerns with their piece within 14 days of receiving their orders. 

-Requests for exchanges will be thoroughly examined by our Quality Control team & if the concerns are valid we will deliver a brand new piece right to your doorstep in exchange for the piece that did not meet the quality standards. 

-Any requests or concerns should be directed to our email to ensure a prompt response.  

 - Your HRH package comes with a 4 month guarantee. If your pieces need maintenance at any point after that please reach out to our team and we will happily find a solution.

 

Maintenance Services 

We offer a maintenance service at HRH for all of our queens which can be accessed at any time via email if you experience any changes in color over the lifetime of your pieces.
Moreover, we pride ourselves on completely revamping your previously purchased items as one of our after sales services. If your piece has lost a stone over the years, if you would like to replate it in Rose Gold instead of Yellow Gold, or vice versa, if you would like to add a new engraving, all of these services are available and can be requested via Email at hrh.by.hrh@gmail.com
