Return Policy & Maintenance Services
To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask customers to review our Return Policy prior to placing an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed of our policies.
- Please note that HRH does not refund or resize rings or other pieces of jewelry, so we advise that you are sure of your sizes before placing your orders.
- Customers are entitled to exchanges or free maintenance services if there are any quality concerns with their piece within 14 days of receiving their orders.
- Requests for exchanges will be thoroughly examined by our Quality Control team & if the concerns are valid we will deliver a brand new piece right to your doorstep in exchange for the piece that did not meet the quality standards.
- Any requests or concerns should be directed to our email to ensure a prompt response.
- Your HRH package comes with a 4 month guarantee. If your pieces need maintenance at any point after that please reach out to our team and we will happily find a solution.
- Returns must be within 48 hours of receiving a package.
- HRH sticker must be on your piece for your return to be valid.
