-Customers are entitled to exchanges or maintenance services if there are any quality concerns with their piece within 14 days of receiving their orders. 

-Requests for exchanges will be thoroughly examined by our Quality Control team & if the concerns are valid we will deliver a brand new piece right to your doorstep in exchange for the piece that did not meet the quality standards. 

-Any requests or concerns should be directed to our email to ensure a prompt response.  

- Your HRH package comes with a 4 month guarantee. If your pieces need maintenance at any point after that please reach out to our team and we will happily find a solution. 

Because our pieces are handcrafted by skilled Craftsman, slight variations in size are part of the process. We embrace these differences—they’re the mark of human touch, not mass production.

To ensure that your jewelry remains in tip top shape, please follow the below Care Instructions:

- Avoid spritzing perfume on your pieces, we understand that smelling amazing is a priority, but so is keeping the shine of your jewelry! 

- Do not wear them when swimming, showering, or working out. 

- Queens always have soft hands, but make sure that when you apply lotion you remove your rings first. 

- Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to maximize the shine.

- When you aren't wearing your pieces, keep them in your signature HRH velvet pouch or box to protect them from any external elements.
